Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act: Readiness Checklist

Two years since its passage in January 2021, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), which grants rights over personal information collected by others to Virginia residents, has finally gone into effect.The provisions of the VCDPA are similar to other rigorous privacy laws, like GDPR or CPRA.
