Modern Slavery Act Statement This statement covers the financial year January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 and is made pursuant to the United Kingdom Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets forth the actions Exterro, Inc. and its subsidiaries have taken to mitigate the risk of slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labor, human trafficking and exploitation, and child labor in Exterro’s business, operations, and supply chain. Exterro, Inc. and its subsidiaries provide legal governance, risk and compliance solutions to enable companies, law enforcement, the public sector, and firms to address their privacy, compliance, investigation and litigation risks effectively. 

The company’s headquarters are in Portland, Oregon and Exterro has offices in the United States, United Kingdom, India and Germany. Because of the nature of services provided by Exterro, the risk of modern slavery being present in Exterro’s operations and supply chain is low. Exterro’s commitment to the prevention of modern slavery is demonstrated by its policies, training, DEI efforts, and a hotline to report suspected misconduct. Exterro ensures it complies with applicable laws while promoting an inclusive, friendly and team-oriented work environment.
