It sets forth the actions Exterro, Inc. and its subsidiaries have taken to mitigate the risk of slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labor, human trafficking and exploitation, and child labor in Exterro’s business, operations, and supply chain. Exterro, Inc. and its subsidiaries provide legal governance, risk and compliance solutions to enable companies, law enforcement, the public sector, and firms to address their privacy, compliance, investigation and litigation risks effectively.

The company’s headquarters are in Portland, Oregon and Exterro has offices in the United States, United Kingdom, India and Germany.
