A September 2021 survey of almost 200 law enforcement professionals examined agencies are using new technologies to collect, store, and analyze evidence. One of these technologies--specifically the cloud--has the potential to make it easier and faster to process evidence, allowing law enforcement agencies to make important progress against their investigative backlog.
