Exterro Quadruples Customer Base and Revenue, Doubles Employees, and Triples Office Space Based on Demand for Its Legal Hold and E-Discovery Workflow Software

Portland, OR – (Marketwire – December 10, 2007) – Exterro, a leading provider of advanced workflow technology for the legal industry, announced its growth results for 2007.

Over the past year, the company’s client base and revenue more than quadrupled, demonstrating strong market demand for its offerings. Exterro expanded its services to help clients streamline different phases of the e-discovery process, including legal holds, collections, data review, and production management.

During the year, Exterro expanded its Oregon operations, opened an Eastern Region office, introduced new product offerings, added development and strategy partners, and increased its client services and support team.

For 2008, Exterro projected revenue growth of more than 500 percent compared to 2007.

    Exterro relocated from its Kruse Woods 1 office to a new headquarters at 4949 Meadows in Lake Oswego, Oregon, tripling its office space to accommodate the growing number of employees.
  • Eastern Region Office Opening
    The company opened a new office in New Jersey to support its East Coast corporate and law firm clients.
  • Strategic Partnerships
    Exterro partnered with leading e-discovery technology providers and consultants to deliver end-to-end discovery solutions and address complex workflow challenges in the e-discovery process.
  • New Modules for the Exterro Fusion Platform
    Several new modules were introduced to expand the company’s e-discovery workflow platform:
    • Exterro Legal Hold Module – Eliminates human error, improves response time for litigation requests, and reduces the risk of sanctions.
    • Collection Workflow Management Module – Automates the data collection process.
    • Review Planning and Metrics Management Module – Enables collaboration with outside counsel through real-time integration.
  • Expansion of Client Success Team
    Exterro’s global employee base doubled in 2007, reaching more than 54 employees with offices in Lake Oswego, New Jersey, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, and India.
