US State Privacy Compliance Checklist: A Guide to Laws Coming into Effect in 2025

Given the patchwork of state privacy laws in various states of the legislative process and already in effect, you can be forgiven if you’re not up to date on the various state privacy laws that have or are about to come into effect in 2025. If you’ve lost count, there are eight: Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Tennessee, on top of the eleven that were already in effect.
