A Spotlight on AI, Risk, and the Future of Discovery
This year’s theme—AI, Risk, and the Future of eDiscovery—reflected the profession’s most transformative moment since the 2015 FRCP amendments. With AI now becoming the foundation of modern discovery workflows, the conversations were timely, candid, and deeply practical. Our expert-led webinars surfaced the challenges and opportunities ahead—from validating AI outputs to maintaining defensibility, governing cross-border data, modernizing workflows, and rethinking the skills practitioners need to stay ahead. The message was clear: we are entering a new era of discovery, and together, we are shaping the guardrails that will define it.
Connecting in Person Across the Country
One of the standout elements of eDiscovery Day 2025 was the return—and expansion—of our in-person community events. Exterro and our partners hosted gatherings in New York, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, and Chicago, bringing practitioners together for conversation, networking, and shared learning.
