Updates to Exterro Fusion® Deliver Greater Flexibility and Control of E-Discovery Process
As part of our ongoing commitment to our corporate clients and the market, Exterro continually invests in the state-of-the-art features and functionality in the Exterro® e-discovery platform. Exterro has just released its newest updates that deliver greater flexibility and control for managing the e-discovery process. A highlight of the most recent enhancements includes:
- Preservation: Advanced self-management Clients can now directly configure Exterro® settings in alignment with their existing IT systems and terminology to ensure seamless integration, data flows and custodian communications. This includes the addition of new connectors for integrating HR, collaboration, content management, e-discovery and other IT systems.
- In-Place ECA: Early-stage ESI labeling Legal teams can now apply labels to entire families of documents, such as email attachments and embedded files, based on relevance, privilege and other categorizations during the earliest stages of analysis prior to collection. This early-stage work product can be preserved and produced for use in later-stage collection, analysis, review and productions.
- Collections: Greater visibility and control of ESI collections IT and legal teams now have greater visibility into ESI collections with updated exclusion reports that include both the what and why for non-collected data. Exterro has also built in the the ability to auto resume a collection should it be interrupted for any reason.
- Data Management: Streamlined processes Clients can reduce their e-discovery costs and eliminate duplicative processes with new advancements that include the ability to:
- Reuse the evidence stored in the Fusion ESI Vault
- Conduct incremental collections as new ESI is identified
- View email threads during in-place ECA to identify related files and custodians
- Create custom load files for review by outside attorneys or production to opposing counsel in any required format
