Authorized Partners are entry-level participants in the Exterro Partner Network. This designation offers a low-commitment pathway to begin selling Exterro solutions and building customer relationships. Authorized Partners can take part basic sales and technical enablement programs and have access to the Exterro Partner Portal for essential resources and opportunity registration. They can participated in SPIFFs and promotion campaigns and are eligible for basic marketing support and Market Development Funds (MDF).

Elite Partners are the highest recognized members of the Exterro Partner Network. These partners demonstrate extensive sales success, advanced technical capabilities, and deliver high-value services to customers. They possess deep expertise across the Exterro Data Risk Management Platform and have a track record of successful deployments and customer satisfaction. Elite Partners benefit all of the Authorized Partner benefits, plus enhanced marketing support, special sales promotions and programs, and direct access to a Partner Business Manager and Solutions Engineer.

Partner Benefits

  • Partner Business Manager

    Elite Partners are assigned a Partner Business Manager who serves as your primary Exterro liaison. Your Partner Business Manager will guide you in maximizing your program benefits, coordinating enablement activities, assisting with strategic planning, and supporting opportunity development efforts.

    Authorized Partners will have access to general partner support resources but may request account management engagement on a case-by-case basis.

  • Solutions Engineer Access

    Elite Partners are provided with access to Exterro Solutions Engineers for technical opportunity strategy, pre-sales support, solution configuration, and proof-of-value activities.

    Solutions Engineer support for Authorized Partners is available on a limited or by-request basis for qualified opportunities

  • Partner Marketing Support

    All partners have access to marketing collateral, campaign templates, and brand-compliant content through the Partner Portal. Elite Partners may receive customized, co-branded campaign development assistance upon request.

  • Sales and Marketing Resources

    Partner Portal Access: Always-on access to sales playbooks, solution overviews, technical whitepapers, and competitive battlecards.

    Co-branded Materials: Customization of Exterro assets for joint marketing initiatives (subject to approval).

  • Training and Certification

    Exterro’s training and certification programs ensure that partners are fully equipped to sell, deploy, and support Exterro solutions. Programs include:

    Sales Certification: Core value proposition and solution selling skills.

    Technical Certification: Deployment, configuration, and administration competencies.

    Service Delivery Certification (Elite Partners only): Qualification to deliver Exterro services as a customer-facing delivery engineer.

  • Sales Promotions and Incentives
