What is inFusion?

inFusion is Exterro's annual user conference designed to educate and connect the Exterro user community. This three-day event features hands-on certification training, engaging panel discussions, edTalks educational sessions, breakout sessions, and insights from industry leaders, Exterro product experts and, most importantly, your peers.

Who Should Attend inFusion?

All current and potential Exterro users are invited to attend inFusion. To ensure that the conference is valuable for all levels of users, we offer two tracks (e-discovery and privacy) and tailor the agenda to a variety of job roles, including attorneys, privacy personnel, paralegals, litigation support professionals and IT experts.

Why Should I Attend inFusion?

inFusion provides a unique educational opportunity that only happens once a year, offering on-site training, in-depth sessions and discussions based on real-life situations and practical experiences from users of Exterro. The open forums enable attendees to share and discuss day-to-day experiences and best practices for addressing the challenges faced in today's complex world of privacy and e-discovery and that ultimately increase the value of your organization's investment in Exterro.

What is Offered at inFusion?

inFusion begins with Exterro Certification Training on Monday, September 13, 2021 and a welcome reception that evening. The conference begins at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 14 and concludes on Wednesday, September 15 with a closing dinner and reception.

When will the inFusion '21 agenda be available?

A preliminary agenda will be published in spring 2021. The detailed agenda will be posted to the website in late summer 2021.

Exterro Certification Training

What is Exterro Certification Training?

Exterro Certification Training is a full-day, hands-on training day for users of all levels – advanced, intermediate and beginner. Exterro's Client Success and Technology experts will walk users through advanced and basic classes focused on variety of applications, including legal hold, collection, project management, advanced reporting, pre-collection analytics, file analysis, predictive intelligence and more. Users will walk away with practical application use cases that can be applied to the organization's daily practices.

How much does the Exterro Certification Training Day cost?

Exterro Certification Training is included with the inFusion conference fees. Each attendee will receive access to two half-day sessions that include training and certification (upon completion of the exam associated with each session). If you are interested in attending just Certification Training and not the full inFusion conference please email Kristin Kolasinski for accommodations.

When and where does Exterro Certification Training take place?

inFusion ‘21 certification training will take place at the conference site, The Chase Plaza Hotel on Monday, September 15, 2021.

What will I receive with my Exterro Certification Training?

All certification training attendees will be tested at the end of their chosen training sessions and will receive an official Exterro Certification certificate upon passing the class exam. Certificate(s) will be sent to all passing participants within 60 days of the conference.

Can partners participate in Exterro Certification Training?

Yes, but with permission only. If interested, please email Chad Smith.


What is the cost to attend inFusion?

The cost for inFusion '21 is $1,295 per person which includes Certification Training (2 classes), two days of conference keynotes and sessions. In addition, and all meals and snacks during the training and conference are included with registration. Early bird pricing of $895 per person can be secured by registering before 11:59pm on July 31, 2021.
In addition, when 3 or more people from the same company register at the same time, each registrant will receive a 25% discount on their registration.

When does early-bird registration end?

Early-bird registration ends on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. PT. After that date, the standard registration rates will take effect.

When does registration close for inFusion?

Registration closes on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 11:59pm.

Can I transfer my registration to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer a registration to someone else by accessing your registration online or by submitting a request to inFusion@exterro.com with the full name, company and email address of the person to whom you'd like to transfer the registration. Please note that all registration transfers must be made by Wednesday, September 1, 2021.

Can I cancel my registration and receive a refund?

Yes. We understand that the COVID-19 outbreak is impacting people throughout the world. While we are keeping a positive attitude and proceeding as if inFusion '20 will go on as planned, we want to assure you that you can register risk-free. Should the event be canceled for any reason, we will offer registrants the option to use their registration for the next inFusion conference or a full refund. If inFusion ‘20 is held as scheduled, cancellations for a full refund are permitted until 11:59pm PT on Friday, August 14, 2020. No refunds will be given for cancellations after August 14, 2020 or for any event no-shows.

Can I register multiple people from my organization or hold spaces?

Yes, you can register multiple attendees and in fact, when you register 3 or more people from the same organization you will receive a 25% discount. Group registrations are available online as part of our standard registration process.

I'm an Exterro partner. Can I sponsor and attend inFusion?

Yes, Exterro's technology and consulting partners are a crucial part of inFusion’s success! We welcome partners to sponsor and attend inFusion. Please email Chad Smith to learn more about this year's sponsorship and speaking opportunities.

Can I pay for multiple registrations at once?

Yes, you can make a single payment for multiple registrations through our online Group Reservation process; however, all registrant information must be provided for each individual attendee. If you need assistance, please email us at inFusion@exterro.com.


Are hotel costs included in the registration fee?

No. However, a group room rate of $189 per night has been secured for all inFusion attendees at the Chase Park Plaza in St. Louis (also the conference venue). To secure the group rate, all reservations must be made by Friday, August 20, 2021. Reservation details coming soon.

Can I stay an extra night(s) at the hotel?

Yes, pending hotel availability. inFusion attendees can take advantage of the group rate from September 9, 2021 through September 18, 2021. To secure the group rate, all reservations must be made by Friday, August 20, 2021. Reservations after that date will be subject to availability and standard hotel rates.

Can I bring a guest to inFusion?

Any individual attending an inFusion session or event must be a paid, registered attendee. However, if you bring a guest to St. Louis, they are welcome to stay with you according to the hotel's rooming policies. Pending space, they may be able to join in the evening networking events for the cost of the event. Please email inquiries to us at inFusion@exterro.com.

Which airport should I fly into?

Fly into St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL), located just Portland International Airport (PDX), located just 20 minutes from the Chase Park Plaza.

How can I get from the airport to the hotel?

You can take a cab or Lyft from the airport to the Chase Park Plaza for $25-$30.
