  • Shift Drinks – 1200 SW Morrison St – cocktails, wine & light fare in a high-ceilinged space with big windows & vintage metal fixtures.
  • Running Routes – Bring your running shoes (or head to Nike) and hit the running trail on the waterfront. Just a few blocks from The Nines is the waterfront path that loops around to the east side of the Willamette River. Check the link for 3-11 mile routes. 
  • Powell's City of Books – 1005 W Burnside St – the largest used and new bookstore in the world, occupying an entire city block and housing approximately one million books.
  • Nike Portland – 638 SW 5th Ave – visit one of Nike's flagship stores and maybe you'll run into founder Phil Knight! Nike's headquarters are just outside Portland in the suburb of Beaverton (also home to Exterro's main US office).
  • Columbia Sportswear Flagship Store – 911 SW Broadway – also founded in Oregon, Columbia's flagship store is just a few blocks from The Nines and is the perfect place to stock up on outdoor gear!
  • Pendleton Woolen Mills – 900 SW 5th Ave – Pendleton is sixth-generation family-owned business, started in Oregon in 1863. They are known for wool apparel & blankets, and also sells non-wool clothing, decor items & linens.
