While Exterro is a technology company, we make sure our customers understand the technology isn't a magic black box that functions on its own. Our teams work with them to set up the software and to provide them the support they need to get the most out of the software. After all, even the most tech-savvy users require training to make sure they can accomplish their goals using Exterro's suite of privacy, e-discovery, and digital forensics solutions.
Two teams that frequently interact with customers include our training and client success teams--and the two interviews we're sharing here today are from one member of each of those groups. Katie Cowey, Exterro Client Success Manager on our international team, helps customers get the most out of their Exterro installiation and serves as a valuable connection point for feedback. She said, "Exterro really listens to its customers. We gain a lot of feedback from our customers, just to make sure that we're maximizing our potential within the legal GRC space. We want to create an atmosphere where the customers feel that they can give us feedback on our products. They can ask us questions about anything, not only on a technology level, but also their, their day-to-day administration as well."
Karl Bridgers, Senior Training Instructor, and the other members of the training team also play a vital role on the customer journey with Exterro. He explains, "My job at Exterro is to help our users and clients that we have understand the legal process and legal workflow to help make their jobs easier and more proficient. I love working with our clients. I love that we help them in so many ways to help them be efficient, to help their budget so they can help their employees with what they do and catch the bad guys in their process."
Katie loves her work as well. "It's a great place to work. There's a lot of opportunity. I learn something new every day and it really is a rewarding job. What I love about my job is the variety of people I get to speak to and just the kind of environments they're working in and what they're doing and realizing that most people's problems are the same. And when you get to deliver a tool to them that solves their problems, it's really rewarding."
