If you've been kicking around the e-discovery space for any amount of time, chances are good that you've come across some of our educational marketing content. It's kind of what we're known for. But to be honest, we produce a lot of it. It's hard to keep up with--and I'm doing the lion's share of the writing. So, to do you a favor, I'm going to do something that you're certainly seeing a lot of at this time of year: a "Best of the Year" list. Actually, I'm going to do three--one each for e-discovery, privacy, and digital forensics--but I'll start with our tried and true e-discovery market first.

So as 2022 ends, we've taken a look back at all the resources that our readers, clients, and the e-discovery community at large has found useful, and compiled them into a single blog post.
