Exterro, Inc. Names James FitzGerald Director of Product Marketing and Management

Portland, OR- (Marketwire - May 5, 2010) -  Exterro, Inc., the leading provider of legal governance, risk and compliance management solutions, today announced that enterprise software veteran James FitzGerald has joined the company as Director of Product Marketing and Management.

FitzGerald brings to Exterro more than 20 years of experience in product marketing and management for industry-leading complex software solution providers. In this role, he will help grow Exterro's e-discovery solution suite's leading position in the marketplace and help expand Exterro's market opportunities in the legal governance, risk and compliance (GRC) space.

Previously, FitzGerald was Director of Product Management and Strategy for IBM for 10 years. While at IBM, he was responsible for product initiatives that grew a technology and product base of $22 million per year to $414 million per year, and forged strategic partnerships with leaders such as Cisco, Nokia, and Siemens and McKesson.

FitzGerald earned his Masters of Business Administration in technology marketing from the University of Oregon, and holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science/MIS from Northeastern University in Boston, Mass.
