Preservation Approaches: Any Way You Want It

Brought to you by: Exterro & PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP

There are three primary ways to preserve data in response to e-discovery obligations: self preservation, in-place preservation and preservation through data collection. While there is no one-size-fits-all approach, organizations typically employ one or more approaches depending on the nature of the case, defensibility requirements and available resources.

In this webcast, panelists will review all the three preservation approaches and discuss why one or combination of the three may be better suited for some organizations and cases than others.

Issues to be address will include:

  • The pros and cons of the three differing preservation approaches
  • What technology and IT resources are needed to support each approach
  • How Exterro Fusion® supports a flexible, “Any Way You Want It” preservation process (a demonstration of Exterro’s e-discovery preservation capabilities will be provided)
