Integrations through web services, CSV files, and other data transfer mechanisms ensure Exterro Fusion™ users are always alerted when key changes occur in other systems
- HR Adapter: Ensure the legal team is alerted to key changes in employee status, enable historical scoping of custodians and deliver executive-level views into company-wide employee information through Fusion’s HR adapter, which can accept data from multiple HR systems.
- Asset Management: View IT infrastructure and data landscape and contribute to a complete data source map through Exterro Fusion’s asset management system adapter. Automatically feed and refresh custodians’ data source information, such as data type, location, identification and quantity, into Fusion.
- Matter Management: Integrate Fusion with third-party matter management tools. Reduce manual data entry and errors, pull selected custodians into Fusion whenever desired, and leverage current technology investments.
- Single Sign-On: Enforce corporate security standards in Fusion by integrating with legacy single sign-on solutions and intranet portals so IT teams can manage users from a single location.
- LDAP: Authenticate with Microsoft Active Directory or any Lightweight Discovery Access Protocol (LDAP) directory. User authentication and credentialling can come from tools such as IBM Tivoli, CA Site Minder or Oblix COREid, or Microsoft. In a hosted environment, Exterro will connect via a VPN and secure FTP or IPSec tunnel. Fusion enforces valid login and password for system access and sign-in.
