Beginning tomorrow, the E-Discovery Beat team will be reporting from inFusion12, Exterro’s third-annual user conference. inFusion12 is unique as the conference is designed to educate our clients, partners and prospects on topical e-discovery issues; facilitate collaboration and dialogue among the participants; and bring to light real-world issues faced by those inside the corporation who manage complex e-discovery projects on a daily basis.
In addition to an extensive list of Exterro clients representing a wide range of professional fields, including GCs, corporate paralegals and IT administrators, inFusion12 will feature a number of prominent e-discovery experts, including George Socha, co-founder of EDRM; Greg Buckles, analyst with eDJ Group; and Bennett Borden, partner at Williams Mullen and active participant in the Sedona Conference and ABA Electronic Discovery and Digital Evidence Committee.
Conference sessions will provide best practices for defensibly preserving, searching and collecting social media evidence; utilizing key metrics to improve e-discovery efficiency; and managing risks during multinational e-discovery, among a host of other topics. Also on the agenda is a panel discussion on how organizations can employ defensible data reduction strategies to help manage risks and costs.
Thursday and Friday, the E-Discovery Beat will be live blogging from the event, bringing you highlights from conference sessions and interviews with the many e-discovery experts who will be participating. Check back soon!
